Raising Funds for the Great Legal Bake!

We have had fun baking (and tasting!) delicious cakes for the Great Legal Bake! Here are some of the yummy treats that the team baked for our cake sale today: Victoria sponge cake, bakewell slices, chocolate chip cookies, lemon shortbread stars and Jaffa cake cupcakes. In my opinion, the special mention has to go to Zoe for offering a vegan option this year: her nut-free vegan carrot cake with dark chocolate ganache has had much success!

We are pleased to have raised funds to help the poorest, most vulnerable people in our community who may not be able to afford access to justice. The work of the London Legal Support Trust is invaluable and we were glad to be able to do our bit today.
